The maximum period for making any exchange or return is 15 days from receipt of the order.

If you'd like to exchange a product because we made a mistake, please contact us by email and we'll resolve it at no additional cost. A mistake is considered our fault if we chose the wrong product or if it has a significant defect. Since these are handmade products and vintage textiles, please keep in mind that the finish isn't always perfect.

Returns of products ordered under preorder are not accepted.

If you want to return your product for other reasons or exchange a size, please email us at info@mynawal.com with your order number, and we'll walk you through the steps.

In any case, the following requirements must be met:

  • The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
  • The product must not have been used.
  • The return must be made using the same box or envelope used for delivery or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or return if the product is not in good condition.

The customer will be responsible for shipping costs and is responsible for keeping all receipts and returning the package by certified mail or any other means that guarantees tracking and verifies delivery to our offices.
