Exchanges and Returns
The maximum period for any exchange or return is 15 days from receipt of the order.
If you wish to exchange a product due to an error on our part, please contact us by email and we will resolve it at no additional cost. It is considered our error when we send you an incorrect product or one with a significant defect. Please note that, as these are handmade products and vintage textiles, the finish may not always be completely perfect.
If you want to return a product for other reasons or exchange a size, please email us at info@mynawal.com with your order number, and we'll let you know what to do next.
For a return or exchange to be accepted, the following requirements must be met:
- The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered and retain its original packaging and labeling.
- The product must not have been used.
- The return must be made using the same box or envelope used for delivery, or in similar packaging that ensures the product arrives in perfect condition. We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange if the product is not in optimal condition.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, who must retain proof of shipment and send the package via certified mail or other means that allow tracking and confirmation of delivery to our offices.
